Responsibilities
Support enhancements and fixes for the MES Care Management Solution (CRMS)
Provide deep business and technical knowledge of CRMS and its data
Work closely with business teams, MES Technical teams, and managed care plans to determine requirements for CRMS system enhancements
Provide technical solutions, ETL development, solution design, creating logical and physical data models
Involved in Data interfaces between different MES modules and external trading partners such as Managed Care Plans
Assign and track team assignments using Agile board
Qualification
Required
Exp with Systems Analysis Required 10 Years
Knowledge of Medicaid System Components and Business Rules (pls highlight on resume to be considered) Required 10 Years
Requirements Gathering Required 10 Years
Exp with Software Development Required 5 Years
Exp with Database Design Required 5 Years
Exp with ETL Tools Required 5 Years
Exp with Designing Solutions based on Requirements Required 5 Years
SQL, PLSQL Required 10 Years
Assigning Work to Technical Team and Tracking Required 5 Years
Use of Agile Board Required 5 Years
Knowledge of CI/CD Pipeline Concepts Required 3 Years
MongoDB Required 5 Years
Oracle DB Required 5 Years
Interfaces and Extracts Required 5 Years
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Required 15 Years
Excellent customer service skills Required 15 Years
Preferred
Prior experience with Azure DevOps and working with CICD Pipelines is helpful
