Strong hands-on experience building backend services, APIs, or full-stack applications
Experience supporting enterprise or government-scale systems
Proficiency with SQL Server or similar relational databases
Experience with queries, stored procedures, and data-layer integration with .NET applications
Proven experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs
Understanding of endpoint design, payload structures, and API security
Experience working in Scrum/Agile environments
Hands-on use of tools such as Jira, Git, pull requests, and CI/CD pipelines
Comfortable working within structured, compliance-driven delivery teams
