Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain applications using C# and .NET / .NET Core
Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, product, and DevOps
Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance
Develop and consume RESTful APIs
Ensure application security and data protection best practices
Perform code reviews and follow coding standards
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends

Qualification

Required

Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Framework / .NET Core
Experience with ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core
Knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles
Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases
Familiarity with Entity Framework / ORM tools
Understanding of REST APIs and web services
Experience with Git or other version control systems
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience in .NET/C# development
Prior financial services experience, at a minimum within a bank, and ideally within a hedge fund environment

Preferred

Experience with Azure / AWS
Knowledge of Microservices architecture
Front-end experience (Angular, React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Unit testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, MSTest)
Agile/Scrum experience
