The Superintendent will coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure each custom home is delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and schedule.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and direct all on-site construction activities for custom residential projects
Review and interpret architectural and engineering plans, details, and specifications
Ensure shop drawings and submittals comply with job conditions and contract documents
Work directly with architects, engineers, designers, and subcontractors to verify elevations, details, constructability, and cost control measures
Manage daily scheduling, sequencing, and coordination of subcontractors and inspections
Maintain strict adherence to OSHA regulations and company job site safety standards
Conduct quality control inspections at each phase of construction
Serve as the on-site representative with homeowners, maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor
Maintain accurate job site documentation and reporting
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 10 years' experience as a Superintendent, preferably in custom or high-end residential construction
Strong client-focused mindset with a reputation for exceptional quality and craftsmanship
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver
Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills
Professional appearance and manner, comfortable interacting with discerning clients
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree with emphasis in Construction Technology preferred
