Responsibilities

Conduct research on public and private companies across various industries
Assist in performing detailed due diligence
Receive an introduction to financial modeling as well as valuation
Contribute to the creation of pitch books for presentations
Interpret research and modeling results
Draw financial conclusions and report findings to the transaction team

Required

On track to graduate in Winter 2027 or Spring/Summer 2028
Outstanding academic record with strong cumulative GPA
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Economics, Finance or other relevant field
Solid understanding of financial markets, investment principals, and basic accounting concepts
Involvement on campus including investment banking related clubs, organizations, case competitions, leadership roles, etc
Results-driven team player and cultural fit
Highly driven and motivated individual
Demonstrated commitment and superior work ethic
Excellent quantitative and problem-solving skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
