Responsibilities
Act as the primary NetSuite consultant between internal teams and clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Design and deliver NetSuite solutions tailored to client requirements, re-designing solutions where necessary to meet evolving business needs
Lead and support full-cycle NetSuite implementations
Mentor and guide junior consultants, supporting their development across projects
Work across multiple concurrent projects within the products space, demonstrating subject-matter expertise to both clients and colleagues
Take ownership of project delivery and confidently lead engagements from the front
Qualification
Required
Open to candidates with experience from both end customers and consulting firms
Deep functional knowledge in Manufacturing or Supply Chain, with a strong understanding of common business challenges and best-practice solutions
Proven ability to lead projects, manage stakeholders, and adapt to different delivery scenarios
Strong communication skills and a consultative mindset
Preferred
Previous experience working for a NetSuite Partner is highly preferred, due to the fast-paced consulting environment
Exposure to modules such as Field Service Management (FSM), NSPB, or NSAW is beneficial but not required
