Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in an appropriately related field or a combination of education, training, and experience would lead to the competencies required for successfully performing the position's essential duties
Demonstrated advanced knowledge and abilities in office administration
Demonstrated advanced knowledge and abilities in registration procedures
Proven ability to effectively work with culturally, linguistically, and ethnically diverse faculty, staff, and students
Excellent interpersonal oral and written communication skills
Strong Information technology literacy skills such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams etc.)
Must attend and successfully complete Student Information System (SIS) training
Preferred
Experience in Workforce development and continuing education operations
Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as Banner student information system
