Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end IT integration programs for mergers and acquisitions, covering pre-close planning, Day 1 readiness, and post-close execution across enterprise domains
Drive cross-domain execution by managing complex dependencies spanning GTM, Customer Experience/Support, Infrastructure, Data, AI, and G&A functions
Coordinate technology integrations across CRM, customer support platforms, data and analytics ecosystems, infrastructure, and core enterprise systems
Establish and operate structured governance models to track progress, manage risks, and ensure alignment with integration milestones
Provide clear, executive-ready status updates and recommendations to enable timely, informed decision-making
Proactively identify integration risks, gaps, and constraints, driving mitigation plans in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
Operate independently in a hands-on capacity, maintaining momentum and accountability while delivering results under aggressive
