Desktop Support Technician
Blupace Tech is seeking a Level 2 Desktop Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical support for end users and enterprise IT environments. This role focuses on deskside support, network/telecom device setup, troubleshooting, and escalation support, ensuring a seamless user experience across hardware, software, and connectivity services.

Responsibilities
Provide Level 2 deskside and remote support for end-user hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals
Support network and telecom devices including IP phones, switches (basic), access points, and conference room equipment
Perform workstation setups, moves, adds, and changes (MACD)
Troubleshoot Windows OS, basic macOS issues, and Microsoft 365 applications
Assist with network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, VoIP)
Support onboarding/offboarding of users including account setup and device provisioning
Work with vendors and internal teams for hardware repairs and escalations
Document incidents, resolutions, and asset updates in a ticketing system (ServiceNow or similar)
Escalate complex issues to Level 3/Infrastructure teams when required
Follow ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management processes
Qualification
Required
3–6 years of experience in Desktop Support / End User Support (Level 2)
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
Hands-on experience supporting network and telecom devices (IP phones, switches, access points)
Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to work onsite and provide face-to-face user support
