Responsibilities

Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructures

Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc

Configure and manage operating systems (Linux, Unix, Windows)

Troubleshoot, maintain integrity and configure network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance

Perform moderately complex network designs using existing technology

Required

Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructures

Experience maintaining cloud/on-prem hybrid architectures

Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc

Configure and manage operating systems (Linux, Unix, Windows)

Experience managing security and policies

Troubleshoot, maintain integrity and configure network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance

Perform moderately complex network designs using existing technology

Experience with Docker/Kubernetes-based scalable architectures

A Bachelor or Master's Degree or equivalent experience

Demonstrated professional experience in supporting IT environments

Demonstrated hands-on experience using scripting for task automation, data transfer, etc

Monitor application and operating system performance; analyze, document and remediate incidents

Clearance (Required): TS/SCI+
