Branch Manager

Manage and lead a team of direct reports

Retain and maintain existing customer accounts
Monitor sales metrics and delinquency rate to achieve branch goals
Prepare and submit reports of branch activity
Develop additional customers by networking with local businesses
Implement and follow internal branch auditing procedures
Participate in company meetings and professional development activities
Maintain compliance and adhere to company policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in the Consumer Lending or Financial Services Industry
2 years of supervisory experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related discipline
Proven ability to create and sustain sales goals
Deep understanding of leading and motivating a team of direct reports
Capability to use various technologies and learn new programs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Complete functions in a timely manner while maintaining accuracy
Must be able to obtain any essential licenses required by the state
