Responsibilities

Lead and manage largescale Agile projects using SAFe Scaled Agile Framework principles
Facilitate Agile ceremonies PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
Drive continuous improvement and coach teams on Agile best practices
Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables using Jira and Confluence
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular status updates
