U-Haul Company is looking for an assistant general manager to help manage the day-to-day operations of their center. This role involves overseeing team performance and ensuring excellent customer service while participating in ongoing training.

Responsibilities

Run daily operations of center in General Manager’s absence
Make moment-to-moment decisions to allocate time and resources to appropriate projects
Manage and assign your team members to ensure that customers receive an excellent first impression and the highest quality of care
Miscellaneous duties such as installing hitches, brake controllers, etc
Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University

Qualification

Customer service experienceLeadership experienceDriver’s licenseHigh school diplomaWork shifts

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Driver's license and ability to maintain a clean driving record
Leadership experience in any form
Customer service experience
Ability to work a variety of shifts
