Account Executive
PrincePerelson & Associates is partnering with a fast-growing, technology-driven insurance company that is redefining how small businesses protect what they have built. They are seeking driven and resilient Account Executives to engage directly with small business owners, conduct high-volume outbound sales calls, and convert leads into long-term customers.
Responsibilities
Own and manage a diverse pipeline of small and local business clients across multiple industries
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to consult, educate, and close sales
Develop expertise in Workers’ Compensation insurance products
Confidently address objections and maintain momentum through rejection
Consistently exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of closing experience in B2B sales, preferably selling to small or local businesses
Ability to conduct a high volume of outbound sales calls
Minimum of 2 years of stable work history in a previous sales role
Proven ability to exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Comfort working short sales cycles and handling rejection
