Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of backend systems supporting RCM operations

Drive architectural decisions to ensure system scalability, reliability, and maintainability

Collaborate with product managers, architects, and QA to deliver robust enterprise-level applications

Oversee estimation, planning, and delivery for key RCM projects

Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level engineers

Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment across the engineering team

Support continuous improvement initiatives and innovation within the RCM technology stack
