Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to executives across various locations; flex to support different teams as needed
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including visas and detailed itineraries
Process high-volume expenses and invoices in SAP Concur accurately and on time
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as time entry, copying, scanning, filing, mailing, and special projects
Serve as a key partner to the assistant team, staying aware of priorities and support needs
Maintain discretion while managing highly sensitive and confidential information

Required

3–5 years' experience supporting executives in financial services, government, private sector, or similar complex environments
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Zoom
Experience with expense platforms, ideally SAP Concur
Calm, organized, and effective under pressure with strong prioritization skills
Exceptional communication skills with a consistent, professional approach
Strong judgment, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate needs
Collaborative team player with a proactive, positive mindset
