Composite Press Technician
Re:Build Manufacturing is a company focused on the production and assembly of composite parts. As a Composite Press Technician, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and quality inspection of composite press parts while ensuring efficient production and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities
Power up and navigate the composite press, perform machine set ups, and verify parameters using the provided set up sheets
Own the full process: set up, inspection, adjustment, troubleshooting, and steady production of composite press parts
Use set up sheets to execute both straightforward and complex set ups with accuracy
Inspect parts using QC inspection equipment to confirm they meet standards before moving on
Meet or exceed established production rates, targeting efficiencies at or above 100%
Configure and operate safety curtains and follow Safety Set Up Sheets for safe machine use throughout your shift
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
Preferred
Previous manufacturing experience preferred
Experience working with composite materials preferred
