They are seeking an Excavation Apprentice / Pipe Layer to assist in installing and repairing water, sewer, and drainage systems, with on-the-job training provided for motivated individuals.

Responsibilities
Assist in trenching, laying pipe, and backfilling residential sewer and water lines
Help operate hand tools and small machinery
Set trench boxes and safety equipment
Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized
Learn how to read plans, operate lasers, and measure slopes and grades
Work closely with our licensed plumbers and excavation leads
Show up on time, work hard, and take pride in your work
Qualification
Required
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Able to lift 50+ lbs, work in trenches, and handle Indiana's weather
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Must pass a background check and drug screening
Preferred
No plumbing experience needed — just bring a teachable attitude
