Responsibilities

IT Support tech will support IT warehouse operations and office personnel

Support receiving, tracking, and organizing of IT equipment

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for warehouse staff like bar code, and RFI scanners

Set up and configure equipment

Manage assets and inventory, including documentation and tracking

Ensure network stability and troubleshooting

Assisting end-users with technical problems

Qualification

IT support experienceWarehouse systems/toolsTroubleshooting skillsScannersCommunication skillsFlexibility

Required

3+ years of IT support, with 1+ years working with warehouse personnel and systems/tools

Strong and professional communication skills

Be able to work additional hours, overtime, and Sundays

"Can do " attitude and flexible personality

Able to work Overtime, if need be, work on weekends and holidays

Prior experience troubleshooting and setting up warehouse systems & tools

Preferred

Experience with scanners and WMS is preferred
