They are seeking a Contract Desktop Deployment Technician who will be responsible for end-user device deployment, desktop/laptop imaging, and technical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities
Deploy and maintain desktops, laptops, and related IT equipment
Track assets accurately and manage punch lists
Provide Go-Live support for deployment projects
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in desktop/laptop support, end-user device deployment, and technical troubleshooting
CompTIA A+ Certification (or equivalent) strongly recommended
Hands-on training in hardware troubleshooting, operating systems, network fundamentals, and IDF/MDF patching
Experience with technical documentation (EXCEL), IT inventory management, and data port tracking
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work safely in warehouse/IDF environments
Must have reliable transportation to travel to project sites in Belmont, NC
Preferred
Associate or bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
Additional certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or ITIL Foundation are a plus
