Paid Media Analyst
ATRA is a recognized leader in paid media excellence, seeking a Paid Media Analyst to join their team. The role involves managing and optimizing multi-channel paid media campaigns, translating data into actionable insights, and contributing to the agency's growth and client success.
Responsibilities
Manage and optimize multi-channel paid media campaigns: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads/Bing, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, Programmatic Display
Translate data into insights and action plans to continuously improve ROI and scale performance
Learn strategy while collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver measurable growth
Build high-quality reports and analyses that “wow” clients with the •how• and •why• behind the results
Own up to~$12M in annual ad spend across a select portfolio (<15 clients)
Contribute to ATRA’s evolving processes and media playbooks
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of experience in paid media / PPC / SEM
Expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads; LinkedIn, Microsoft, and programmatic are a plus
Google Ads & Analytics certifications (or ability to complete in 30 days)
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, passionate about optimization

Experience with CRO tools (Unbounce, Hotjar) is a bonus
