Responsibilities

Manage opportunities through the sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, presenting solutions, nurturing, and closing
Deliver tailored and engaging demos to district, library, and IT audiences
Contribute to RFP responses where required
Establish credibility with decision-makers by deeply understanding operational challenges and positioning value
Maintain up-to-date product and industry knowledge to support strong, informed conversations
Collaborate closely with Mackin State Sales Reps to build relationships, progress opportunities, and support shared success
Work with Product and Client Services teams to deliver solutions and close deals
Develop and execute sales strategies to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
Maintain accurate sales pipelines and provide insightful market feedback to inform business strategy
Provide a smooth transition from deal closure through to handover for implementation

Required

3+ years' experience in B2B software sales
Track record of achieving or exceeding targets
Skilled in consultative selling, with the ability to uncover client needs and present compelling solutions
Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple opportunities and priorities
Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
Communicating technical information to stakeholders in an easy-to-understand way
Experience using CRM tools and a data-driven approach to sales
Ability and willingness to travel domestically
Valid driver's license required
Possess the right to live and work in the US
Must pass a background check

Preferred

Experience in the K-12 education sector is highly desirable
