Temporary Part Time Accounts Payable Coordinator
Daley And Associates, LLC is currently seeking candidates for a Temporary Part Time Accounts Payable Coordinator at a bio-tech company located in Cambridge, MA. The ideal candidate will have accounts payable experience and will be responsible for processing invoices, maintaining accuracy goals, and resolving discrepancies with suppliers.

Responsibilities
Review and/or process a high volume of invoices
Maintain invoice volume, cycle time accuracy goals
Accurately code (General Ledger) and enter invoices for payment
Work with suppliers to resolve account discrepancies and payment issues
High-volume preparation of weekly payments
ACH/check/wire requests
Work with suppliers/vendors to resolve account discrepancies and payment issues
Assist with month-end closing
Qualification
Required
3+ years of accounts payable experience including processing high volume invoices and supplier set-ups and check/wire requests
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
Accuracy and attention to detail is a must
Ability to multi-task
Strong sense of urgency
Strong attention to detail
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
3+ years of accounting/accounts payable experience preferably in a high-volume environment
