Responsibilities
Schedule management & meeting setup
Back-office administrative support
Create marketing materials (PowerPoint, Canva)
Social media posts & light investor-facing content
Basic spreadsheets/reports (Excel)
General office duties
Qualification
Required
2 years of marketing and 2 years of administrative experience
Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva
Strong organization & attention to detail
Self-starter with excellent follow-through
Clear written & verbal communication
Preferred
Marketing or social media experience
