Complete company-provided training covering solar basics, utility bill analysis, and effective sales techniques
Identify, qualify, and convert residential prospects using a consultative, customer-first approach
Conduct in-person consultations to assess homeowner needs and recommend personalized solar solutions
Clearly communicate system performance, financial benefits, tax incentives, and financing options
Prepare and deliver customized solar proposals with projected energy savings
Manage follow-ups, appointments, and your lead pipeline through CRM tools
Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets while providing outstanding customer service
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with homeowners
A positive, coachable mindset and eagerness to grow
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing your own schedule
Comfort using smartphones, apps, and basic computer tools
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred
Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
