Responsibilities
Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple, sometimes complex, searches
Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage the best talent to Maven
Collaborate with Engineering Leadership to continuously improve recruiting processes and ensure goals are met
Manage talent pipelines effectively and proactively use data to provide updates to hiring teams and recruiting leadership
Own and drive offers with candidates - extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates
Qualification
Required
4+ years of technical recruiting experience in Software Engineering (front end, mobile, web experience is a plus!)
Experience working in a startup environment
Strong skills in sourcing and engaging passive talent, particularly senior engineering talent
A strong ability to provide an exceptional candidate experience
Experience building relationships with engineering leadership, with ability to influence and drive towards goals
Ability to navigate ambiguity, and work independently
Strong, clear verbal and written communication
Resourceful, highly organized self-starter with a bias towards action and efficiency
