Client Service Specialist
Panning Wealth is a boutique financial planning firm focused primarily on business owners. The Client Service Specialist will handle important service requests and account-related tasks, ensuring clients are well supported while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.

Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for client service requests via phone, email, and walk-ins
Process account withdrawals, distributions, and maintenance requests accurately and promptly
Prepare, pre-fill, collect, and notarize client documents
Own service requests end-to-end, ensuring issues are resolved completely and correctly
Maintain accurate records across CRM, custodial platforms, and planning systems as a natural result of service execution
Qualification
Required
Naturally caring and client-oriented
Ability to take ownership and responsibility seriously
Experience handling important service requests, sensitive documents, and account-related tasks with care, accuracy, and professionalism
Ability to serve as a primary point of contact for client service requests via phone, email, and walk-ins
Experience processing account withdrawals, distributions, and maintenance requests accurately and promptly
Ability to prepare, pre-fill, collect, and notarize client documents
Ability to own service requests end-to-end, ensuring issues are resolved completely and correctly
Experience maintaining accurate records across CRM, custodial platforms, and planning systems
Ability to obtain and maintain the appropriate registrations to support efficient, compliant client service, including the SIE, Series 7, Series 66, and applicable state insurance licenses
Willingness to obtain licenses within approximately six months of starting
Ability to work in a small, highly intentional team that values professionalism, clarity, and doing the right thing for clients
