Responsibilities
Contribute to and execute CSC’s enterprise technology strategy and technical architecture across Salesforce, Azure, AI tools, and cloud-native applications
Define scalable, secure, and modern integration patterns to support enterprise growth
Evaluate emerging technologies and make build/buy recommendations based on business value
Lead the delivery of intelligent automation and internal tools using AI/ML, LLMs, and cloud services
Drive structured experimentation and prototype development using CSC data and AI platforms
Embed AI and automation into operational workflows across underwriting, sales, service, and finance
Develop CSC’s LLMOps and AI governance standards, including safety, ethics, model lifecycle, and evaluation frameworks
Build internal tools for operations, underwriting, sales enablement, portfolio management, and customer service
Steward the CSC Execution Framework across all innovation projects
Manage prioritization, execution, and measurement of key innovation and technology programs
Build and maintain a unified innovation roadmap, ensuring transparency, predictability, and cross-team alignment
Ensure predictable delivery of MVPs with strong scoping, governance, and communication
Consistently provide timely communication of progress, risks, and decisions to Senior Leadership
Provide hands-on support across build and delivery phases when needed
Lead platform reliability, integration, and performance of Salesforce, Azure, and internal apps
Establish and uphold development standards, DevOps practices, security protocols, and documentation
Lead and grow a cross-functional team of 4–5+ engineers, platform admins, and technologists
Mentor both creative and structured team members; foster a collaborative, curious, accountable team culture
Help new team members integrate successfully and navigate a dynamic innovation environment
Work closely with department leaders to identify opportunities for automation, digital transformation, and operational optimization
Steward the prioritization of high-impact initiatives
Translate complex technical concepts into accessible recommendations for executive stakeholders and business partners
Serve as a buffer and translator between a high-velocity executive team and a delivery-focused tech team
Partner with security stakeholders to define identity, access, and cloud governance standards across Azure and enterprise systems
Implement strong security practices including entitlement management, temporary admin elevation, and secure API management
Ensure compliance with CSC’s internal policies and industry regulations
Qualification
Required
10+ years in enterprise technology, software engineering, or cloud architecture roles
5+ years managing engineering or innovation teams, including hiring and performance development
Deep experience with Salesforce, Azure cloud services, modern application development, API's, automation, and AI/ML capabilities
Familiarity with enterprise platforms, integration frameworks, DevOps pipelines, and secure development practices
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Demonstrated success leading complex technical programs and delivering multi-system solutions
Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to influence, guide, and collaborate with Senior Leadership, translating strategy into business value
High emotional intelligence, servant-leader mindset, and talent for building strong, collaborative engineering cultures
