Talent Acquisition Clinical Coordinator

Responsibilities
Support the recruitment and coordination of BCBA, BCaBA, and RBT Intern roles across assigned markets
Partner closely with the BCBA Talent Acquisition Manager to execute hiring strategies aligned with organizational growth goals
Collaborate with the Training Department to track RBT Intern certification timelines, testing dates, and readiness for promotion
Maintain accurate intern pipelines and ensure employment offers are prepared and finalized at least 30 days prior to each candidate’s scheduled certification exam date
Source candidates using multiple channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional organizations, university partnerships, and employee referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications, clinical alignment, and cultural fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and center leadership, ensuring a positive and timely candidate experience
Manage interview logistics, communication, and follow-up throughout the hiring process
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Track and report on recruitment activity, pipeline health, and hiring progress for clinical roles
Assist with offer preparation, approvals, and coordination of onboarding steps as needed
Build and maintain strong working relationships with center directors, clinical leaders, and external sourcing partners
Stay informed on ABA industry trends, certification requirements, and best practices in clinical talent acquisition
Support continuous process improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, communication, and candidate experience
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
