Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end testing by establishing test plans, scopes of work, and dependency traceability
Manage progress status, escalate and mitigate risks, and coordinate end-to-end defect fixes
Conduct daily defect calls to expedite defect resolution
Help coordinate UAT testing efforts
Ensure adherence to quality standards by conducting regular audits, reviews, and validations of QA processes and deliverables
Define the objectives and develops suitable strategies for the program
Formulate, organize, and monitor inter-connected projects and gradually shift towards assessing program performance in order to maximize ROI, controlling deadlines, budgets, etc. and evaluating project managers and other staff
Plan the delivery of the overall program and its activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization
Develop an annual budget and operating plan to support the program
Ensure that program activities operate within the policies and procedures of the organization
Ensure that program activities comply with all relevant legislation and professional standards
Oversee the collection and maintenance of records on the clients of the program for statistical purposes according to the confidentiality/privacy policy of the organization
Supervise program staff by providing direction, input, and feedback
Coordinate the delivery of services among different program activities to increase efficiency
Monitor and approves all budgeted program expenditures
Develop and implement long-term goals and objectives to achieve successful outcome of program
Develop a program evaluation framework to assess the strengths of the program and to identify areas for improvement
Interview and select well-qualified program staff
Establish and implement a performance management process for all program staff
Ensure all staff members receive orientation and appropriate training in accordance with organizational standards
Monitor cash flow projections
Manage all project funds according to established accounting policies and procedures
Manage quality for large and complex program
Deliver test plan, execution and defect burndown
Manage release to ensure defect burndown
Manage all testing blockers
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience
Senior PM with Quality Focus
