Responsibilities
Own the full month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger management
Manage accounts receivable, cash application, and bank reconciliations
Support multi-entity and project-based accounting activities, including tax schedules
Build and improve reporting within an ERP system
Partner closely with non-finance teams and leadership to improve financial clarity and processes
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with month-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger management
Experience managing accounts receivable, cash application, and bank reconciliations
Support for multi-entity and project-based accounting activities, including tax schedules
Ability to build and improve reporting within an ERP system
Strong partnership skills to work closely with non-finance teams and leadership to improve financial clarity and processes
