Develop and refine pre-sales product solutions, in conjunction with our sales team(s)
Create sales quotation documentation necessary to enter 'clean' orders, based on input from JANUS et Cie sales professionals and our clients
Qualification
Required
Accuracy and attention to detail is an absolute must
Ability to manage high volume of inbound queries via phone, email, tickets, and live chat
Prior experience with at least one of the following: Any live chat software (Zendesk preferred), Any ticketing software (Zendesk preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Sense of urgency and strong client service skills
Typing/data entry proficiency (55 words a minute min.)
Excellent troubleshooting and/or researching skills; ability to solve practical problems
Strong computer proficiency and navigational skills. Ability to transition smoothly between systems while speaking with clients
Ability to multi-task
3-5 years of experience in a client facing/customer service position
A proactive approach when dealing with customer issues
