Responsibilities
Run and monitor PeopleSoft Financials jobs per documented procedures
Monitor outputs/errors and troubleshoot issues
Operate and maintain printing and mailing equipment
Maintain inventory and document operating procedures
Provide timely, courteous support to internal users
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Intermediate skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint
Strong attention to detail, time management, and process adherence
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Preferred
Experience with PeopleSoft Financials or similar systems
Ability to run queries (PeopleSoft/SQL)
Experience with FTP/SFTP tools (e.g., GoAnywhere)
Familiarity with structured IT operations
