Managing preventive maintenance schedules
Qualification
Required
Experience of 2-5 years preferred in hotel, resort, commercial or institutional maintenance environment - Refrigeration experience required
HVAC or plumbing or electrical skills
Light carpentry and knowledge of paint and wallpaper
Meet minimum age requirements of jurisdiction
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Read, write and understand English
Preferred
Certification in pool operation preferred
Valid driver's license preferred
Preventive maintenance background preferred
