Responsibilities

Prospect and engage business owners through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking events, and referral partnerships
Conduct discovery conversations to uncover needs and position Exit Factor's proprietary assessments and programs
Build and maintain a robust pipeline to consistently hit and exceed revenue targets
Collaborate with the franchise owner on lead strategies, while enjoying autonomy in your day-to-day execution
Leverage provided tools, in-house leads, and national referral networks to accelerate results

Required

Proven track record in B2B sales or business development (5+ years preferred), ideally in consulting, professional services, coaching, or financial advisory
Demonstrated ability to prospect, build relationships, and close high-value deals
Exceptional communication skills, with confidence leading virtual and in-person meetings
Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable navigating ambiguity in a startup franchise environment while contributing ideas to improve processes and client outcomes
High integrity, team-oriented spirit, and a commitment to doing the right thing—always
