Responsibilities
Support tool/equipment installations, modifications, improvements, repairs and maintenance
Perform complex troubleshooting and repairs of cleanroom support and facility equipment
Own the development of preventative maintenance procedures, schedules and training of critical tools
Work closely with process and equipment engineering to improve equipment performance
Support and improve on RODI, PVAC, CDA, LN2 systems, PCW, HVAC, Gas distribution systems
Qualification
Required
Associates degree/Trade School completion or equivalent experience
5 years working experience in semiconductor fab, in a facility/equipment engineering or maintenance engineering role
Experience working with wafer fab support equipment, PCW, PVAC, HVAC, RODI, LN2, or Gas distribution equipment
Experience in wafer fab support/facility equipment, maintenance and repair
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering
10 years of experience working in semiconductor manufacturing
Experience using environmental, electrical, or industrial controls systems
Experience in AutoCAD, designing layouts and tooling, and interpreting equipment schematics
