Campari Group is a major player in the global branded spirits industry, and they are seeking an Innovation Project Manager to drive the execution of new product development and innovation projects within the Americas region. Responsibilities

Lead innovation projects through the Campari Toll Gate governance process, from initiation to closure
Develop integrated project plans, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery
Manage project documentation for stage-gate approvals and pipeline reporting
Conduct post-launch analysis and share lessons learned
Influence and align cross-functional teams (Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance) to meet project objectives
Build trust while maintaining discipline in project governance
Drive strategic conversations to optimize cost, timelines, and gross margin targets
Actively contribute to quarterly pipeline reviews, providing feasibility insights and scenario planning
Support idea formation with high-level indications on complexity, timelines, and risk mitigation
Ensure timely portfolio reporting and dashboard updates
Train regional teams on innovation processes and contribute to process improvements

Qualification

NPD experienceProject ManagementFMCG/CPG experiencePMI certificationProject management toolsFluent in EnglishLeadership skillsProblem-solving

Required

3–4 years of project management experience, preferably in NPD or innovation projects
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and influence stakeholders without direct authority
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related fields
Strong leadership and influencing skills
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., GANTT charts) and financial analysis (ROI, profitability)
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Ability to manage complexity and maintain credibility in a dynamic organizational environment

Preferred

FMCG/CPG experience strongly preferred; beverage alcohol is a plus but not mandatory
PMI® certification is a plus
