Business Development Executive - Remote in Charlotte, NC area
James River Petroleum is a full-service consultative fuel provider servicing various markets nationwide. The Business Development Executive will oversee and grow a customer portfolio, generate sales leads through cold calling, and manage customer relationships using CRM.

Responsibilities
Responsible for generating sales leads through outbound cold calling to potential clients
Manages initial steps for potential clients through email communication, scheduling appointments and follow-up contact
Managing and growing the existing customer base
Provide sales reporting to regional sales directors on efforts
Responsible for attaining all agreed-upon monthly/ quarterly goals
Qualification
Required
Must live in the Charlotte, NC area
Minimum of 2 years' experience in business development, sales, or other relevant field
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiating, organizational, plus proven sales and marketing skills
Strong individual who is effective and thrives in a fast-paced, constantly changing, and highly dynamic market environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office products, able to effectively use spreadsheets for management reporting and analysis
Analytical problem-solving skills, results-oriented
Preferred
College degree in business management, marketing or equivalent education preferred
