Drive Business Growth: Expand the research reagent portfolio by acquiring new customers and increasing product adoption within your territory

Forecast & Plan: Utilize business tools, such as Salesforce to accurately forecast monthly sales for key accounts and overall territory performance

Collaborate with Distributors: Build and maintain strong distribution relationships through active communication, joint field visits, and shared strategies

Pipeline Development: Establish and sustain a robust short- and long-term sales strategy to ensure consistent revenue growth

Team Collaboration: Partner with BD Biosciences colleagues across Sales, Service, and Applications Support to deliver customer-focused solutions

Adapt & Execute: Perform additional duties and assignments as business needs evolve
