Responsibilities
Supporting teams in delivering respectful, person-centered care
Attending care plan meetings and observing clinical compliance
Learning how state and federal regulations shape operations
Assisting with internal audits and survey compliance
Shadowing department heads across nursing, dining, housekeeping, and more
Assisting with scheduling, hiring, training, and staff engagement initiatives
Gaining hands-on experience with budgets, billing, and occupancy planning
Understanding how Medicare and private pay systems impact operations
Leading real operational improvement projects
Reflecting on daily learning, meeting program goals, and developing your leadership voice
Qualification
Required
Candidates must be based in St. Louis, Missouri, to be considered for this role
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills
A genuine passion for senior care and a desire to lead with empathy and accountability
The ability to meet Missouri's character and background standards, including being at least 21 years old
Preferred
A bachelor's degree (Healthcare Administration or a related field is preferred)
