Responsibilities

Respond quickly to emergency property losses—often within hours

Meet property owners on-site, assess their needs, and guide them toward solutions, generating revenue opportunities

Provide emergency recovery kits and services to the impacted property owner

Build trust rapidly and secure work authorizations in high-stress situations

Volunteer non-operational time to related community events

Monitor, interpret and respond to lead sources, providing top-notch care to customers after traumatic events

Work closely with owners, adjusters, project managers, first responders and community leaders

Partner with internal teams to ensure promises made are promises kept

On-call 24/7 to include weekends and holidays as scheduled

Achieve and remain current in required certifications
