IT Specialist - Help Desk
Standex International is a global industrial growth company focused on innovation across various sectors. They are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide onsite and remote support, manage user accounts, and administer Office 365 in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Provide end-user support onsite and remotely (including support across countries)
Manage and resolve tickets in the ticketing system
Administer user accounts and security groups in Active Directory
Perform Office 365 administration (core requirement)
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support
Collaborate with IT team to triage and resolve incidents effectively
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years working in a ticketing system
Experience with onsite and remote support
Must be a U.S. citizen (role supports CMMC‑controlled environments)
Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
Office 365 administration experience (must have)
Able to work in a fast‑paced environment and under pressure
Preferred
Server support experience
Password Safe support experience
Windows Autopilot experience
PowerShell scripting experience
