Responsibilities
Track and manage client accounts with outstanding settlements, awards, or reimbursements
Monitor payment status and follow up with internal stakeholders, teams or, departments
Prepare billing summaries, reports, and documentation for internal teams and clients
Communicate with Insurance Relations to follow up on delayed or disputed payments
Flag and escalate unresolved or complex issues to the Finance Supervisor or legal team
Maintain clear, accurate records of communications and account activity
Support ad hoc reporting and administrative tasks related to client accounts and finance operations
Qualification
Required
Associate's or bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or Legal Studies preferred
2–4 years of experience in client billing, accounts receivable, or insurance claims (experience in a law firm or healthcare setting is a plus)
Working knowledge of EOBs, settlements, reimbursements, or recovery processes
Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
Proficiency with Excel and Salesforce
Strong analytical and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
