Business Development Representative

NTV360 is an innovative company specializing in digital out-of-home advertising, seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join their marketing team. This role focuses on understanding potential client needs, driving sales through effective outreach, and building relationships with local businesses to contribute to the company's growth.

Responsibilities

Lead Qualification & Appointment Setting: Engage prospects effectively to qualify their interest and need, with the primary goal of scheduling high-quality introductory meetings for the Sales team
Relationship Building: Establish initial rapport and build trust with potential clients through professional, engaging, and consistent communication
Territory and Network management: Maintain the current Indoor Billboard network uptime of 95%+ and maintain the relationships with our venue partners
Strategic Outreach: Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies via networking (community events, Chamber of Commerce, etc), email, and phone calls, informed by your understanding of the market and prospect needs
Value Communication: Clearly articulate NTV360's value proposition, tailoring the message to resonate with different types of businesses and highlighting the marketing benefits of our digital billboard network
CRM & CMS Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records, prospect interactions, and scheduled appointments within our CRM system

Required

Genuine interest and/or experience in both marketing principles and sales/business development processes
Ability to connect, build rapport quickly, listen actively, and articulate value clearly (both written and verbal)

Adept at managing outreach cadences, tracking activities, and maintaining accurate records
Possess a positive attitude, handle rejection gracefully, and stay focused on achieving goals (quality appointments)
Proactive, takes initiative, eager to learn, and committed to personal and professional growth
