Support people with disabilities to live their best lives as independently as possible
Assist with activities of daily living such as household maintenance, transportation, administration of medications, grocery shopping, meal preparation, personal care, and more
Build strong relationships while learning individual differences in ability, personality, interests, learning, motivation, likes, and dislikes
Qualification
Required
At least 18 years of age
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle during working hours
Preferred
Punctual and reliable
Ability to keep track of multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Flexible and patient
Respectful, discreet with confidential information, and honest
