Responsibilities

Staying up-to-date with changes in licensing regulations while working with legal to research and summarize licensing requirements across the country

Tracking and recording up-to-date information on all company and individual licenses and/or certifications

Collaborating with other employee-partners to maintain and update licensing databases

Tracking and reporting upcoming license renewal and/or expiration deadlines

Maintaining databases of the company’s license holders

Working with other employee-partners to complete license renewals directly

Required

High school diploma/GED

Self-disciplined and highly organized

Ability and confidence to communicate effectively with field partners and management

High level of proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Office Suite applications (in particular, mastery of Excel), enterprise resource planning systems, Adobe Acrobat, Litigation Support Applications, and other internet research tools
