Client Acquisition Specialist

They are seeking a Client Acquisition Specialist who can engage with business owners and referral partners, guiding conversations to explain the benefits of their consulting services. This role emphasizes relationship-building and helping clients make informed decisions without pressure.
Responsibilities
Start and maintain conversations with prospective clients and referral partners
Build trust through consistency and follow through
Explain LINK Consulting’s work clearly and confidently
Help business owners understand how hiring us benefits their business financially and operationally
Move conversations forward with urgency, yet without pressure
Follow up reliably and keep momentum alive
Track conversations and next steps using our systems
Stay aligned with our values and ideal client profile
Qualification
Required
Proven success in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (B2B experience preferred)
Strong relationship-building skills; able to connect with business owners and decision-makers
Confident communicator; able to explain complex services clearly and persuasively
Self-motivated and results-oriented; thrives in a commission-based, performance-driven environment
Comfortable managing long sales cycles and following through consistently
Organized and disciplined; able to track prospects, follow-ups, and next steps using CRM or project management tools
Familiarity with CRM systems, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar tools
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with leadership
High integrity and alignment with LINK Consulting's values
Preferred
Experience explaining consulting, leadership, or business improvement services
Prior experience in professional services sales or marketing
