Responsibilities

Develop applications that improve and streamline internal processes using modern AI-assisted development workflows

Build web applications using Cursor as the primary development environment with JavaScript, React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL on Microsoft Azure

Design and implement custom Power BI dashboards to visualize business data in new ways

Contribute to C# projects in Visual Studio using Claude AI for code generation and problem-solving to build custom plugins for Revit design software

Bring AI ideas to the table and experiment with enhancing development productivity or modernizing processes

Collaborate with a dynamic team while taking ownership of individual projects

Required

Candidates must reside in the Kansas City metro area

High school diploma or GED equivalent required

Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Computer Science or closely related technical field

Must have at least one full college semester remaining after the internship concludes in August 2026 (graduating December 2026 or later)

Students graduating college in May 2026 or who have already graduated are not eligible

On resume or cover letter, applicants are strongly encouraged to include links to their portfolio or GitHub profile showcasing projects that highlight experience in JavaScript/React and/or C#

Must be able to satisfactorily pass a criminal background check and drug screen

Must be able to satisfactorily pass a motor vehicle record check

Must be able to meet P1 qualifications to operate a vehicle on company business

Must be at least 18 years of age

Must possess a valid driver's license

Must have access to drive a well-maintained vehicle

Must have up to date registration with the local Department of Motor Vehicles

Both the candidate and the vehicle must be currently covered on a personal insurance policy
