Responsibilities
Manage full lifecycle of IT assets: procurement, deployment, tracking & disposal
Administer and enhance ServiceNow HAM/SAM, CMDB alignment, Discovery & integrations
Perform L3 troubleshooting for asset, CMDB, and discovery-related issues
Maintain hardware inventory accuracy, stockrooms, software license compliance & usage analysis
Drive vendor management: procurement coordination, renewals, SLAs, warranty/RMA, and vendor performance reviews
Create asset dashboards, reports, and compliance/audit documentation
Lead process improvements and automation aligned with ITIL best practices
Qualification
Required
10-12+ years in IT Asset Management with L3 support experience
Strong hands-on ServiceNow ITAM/HAM/SAM skills & scripting (Glide/JavaScript)
Experience with vendor & contract management, pricing review, renewals & SLAs
Good understanding of software licensing models and hardware lifecycle processes
Knowledge of ITIL v4; experience supporting audit/compliance requirements
Preferred
ServiceNow CSA / CIS (HAM/SAM)
