Responsibilities
Supervise and direct all on-site field operations on assigned ground-up projects
Lead site logistics, sequencing, short-interval planning, and daily production meetings
Partner with the Project Manager to identify and resolve constructability or quality issues early
Establish and manage subcontractor performance schedules and manpower plans
Enforce OSHA compliance and maintain a safety-first, accountability-driven jobsite culture
Conduct regular Toolbox Talks and safety meetings with all field personnel
Coordinate inspections, punch work, and closeout to ensure clean, on-time delivery
Maintain consistent communication with trade partners, architects, clients, and internal stakeholders
Qualification
Required
5-10+ years of Superintendent experience on ground-up construction projects valued at $10M+
Strong background in industrial, complex commercial, or multi-sector ground-up construction
Proven experience delivering projects from foundations through final turnover
Deep understanding of trade coordination, safety leadership, and schedule control
Ability to lead teams with confidence, accountability, and professionalism
Experience using modern construction technology and field reporting tools
Preferred
Exposure to Office, Industrial, Multifamily, and/or Mission-Critical projects
